Upon understanding, I got to know about the platforms and different mediums from where they are getting the most conversions.I decided to kickoff with early wins which includes Local SEO and Google my business optimization.

I dig deep into the business keywords analysis which results in high difficulty and good volume of traffic. Top search results were occupied by the ads almost every time users search “Student Accommodation Leeds, “Student Accommodation Liverpool” & “Student Accommodation Lincoln. First organic result comes on the 6th position on the Google SERP after the Local Pack.

I asked Iconinc site managers to get more reviews on business listings. Moreover, try to add the main keywords into the reviews as well. Add images, office hours and more info into the Google my business. The results of this meant 10x growth in traffic.
